What are the objectives of the Immersion Programs and how to they work?

When do the Classes for Adults take place?

The morning session starts at 10:20am and ends at 12:30pm with a break from 11:20 to 11:30am.

The afternoon session starts at 1:40pm and ends at 3:50pm with a break from 2:40 to 2:50pm.

What happens if my preferred Club does not take place?

Due to the unavailability of appropriate rooms or other unforeseen circumstances it is possible that an Immersion Club cannot take place as planned. In that case, we will contact you well ahead of time. You will have a choice of selecting a different Immersion Club or be entirely reimbursed.

If I select a Winter Session and then would like to stay until the end of the school year, will my tuition be prorated?

Yes, the annual tuition will be prorated to the total number of sessions attended.

What are the Winter Sessions and how can I enroll?

The Winter Sessions allow students who have other activities planned in the Fall or Spring to participate in the programs during the Winter Season. Spots are subject to availability. To enroll, please use the Registration Form and select "Winter Session" for the program you would like to enroll.

How many program sessions are there during the school year?

There are 30 sessions per school year, with one built-in snow or weather day. Please consult our calendar page for the exact dates.

On which dates do the program sessions take place?

When are the morning and afternoon drop-off and pick-up times?

Please consult our calendar page for the lunch and program start and end times.

Can students switch between programs during the school year?

Yes, students can switch once and in some cases up to twice during the school year. Switching is not guaranteed and is subject to the availability of spots, the teacher's or coach's approval, as well to factors such as as completion of projects and good dates during the program to enter.

What happens during the lunch break?

Supervision during the lunch break is included in the program tuition. Students bring their own lunch box. Parents do not have to be present during the lunch break. The lunch break is spent at a table with their friends from their respective programs.

If a club starts later in the year than planned or if my child starts later, will the annual tuition be pro-rated?

Yes, the annual tuition will be prorated. Spots for start during the year are subject to availability.
